one of my favorite qualities of the number 5 is how it makes you eat your words if you’re someone that calls yourself wild, a free spirit, rebellious, unhinged, and the like. 5 sounds less like “prove it!” and more like “do you understand the responsibility of what you’re speaking over yourself?”

as ironic as it may seem, to engage with the number 5 requires more of a responsible spirit than a rebellious one. freedom requires responsibility. change promotes responsibility. communication enhances response-ability. to be in the crossroads with 5 asks so much of you. it asks for presence even when faced with the choice of escapism. it asks for courage while deeply entangled in the snares of fear. it asks for you to pay attention to what originates from every direction so you can make more informed decisions.
