Astrology gives patterns in my body collective encounters to face themselves with reflections and tools for liberation. It has made me face my addictive tendencies towards things, even astrology itself. It has lended space to question why I need reassurance for certain decisions. I always appreciate how it can be grounded with the actual sky and the sea currents and climate. I can't deny nature's wisdoms and the injusticias being committed that try to separate us from it. I especially enjoy how nuanced and subjective it can all be still depending on who is interpreting. It makes me question absolutes. And my own wisdom that I bring to it when Im less burned out by these systems. How to use it in favor of creating community, to connect with ancestors and love.
i think when done right, astrology can act as a refined tool for expansion & experience. the things i love about astrology are its ability to give us permission to be more authentic as well as open us up to changing when we need to. i find astrology to be the embodied form of astronomy, as it’s an ancient tool used by many ancient societies, with good reason. its value is indisputable and i’m excited to get to know how astrology can be used to expand our consciousness & lend hand toward more collective liberation.
