fixed energy reminds me that it’s okay to not be the first or to be the initiator. it’s okay that there are time where we’re called to just hold down the fort and show up willing to put in additional energy for something that’s already in motion.

there’s an intense focus on the cardinal expressions—and for good reason, don’t get me wrong—but the pressure that cardinal energies exist in is not for everyone, and that’s a good thing.

cardinal energy can be pioneering and the one to burst through the seams but that also looks like being unsupported while doing some of the most necessary and important things because others may not be where you are or have that driving force behind them. it takes a lot to be the first.
