on june 14, the sun entered sidereal gemini just minutes after mercury’s ingress into the sign, both joining venus.
following the stages where we’re focused on our primal instinct to survive (aries) and acquire resources (taurus), gemini is where we engage with our immediate environment and develop our cognitive and intellectual abilities. gemini, as a mutable sign, disperses and discharges the energy that was maintained by taurus in response to our need to develop our senses and form connections + bonds to enhance our survival. gemini is motivated by curiosity and a desire to learn more about the external world, which allows for more knowledge to be developed about the internal world.
